Dein Highlight im JobIn dieser Schlüsselrolle gestaltest du die finanzielle und strategische Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens aktiv mit und übernimmst Verantwortung für zentrale Transformations- und Accounting-Projekte. Als Sparringspartner für Management, Wirtschaftsprüfer und Kapitalmarktteilnehmer steuerst du komplexe Finanz- und Reportingprozesse, entwickelst moderne Strukturen weiter und führst standortübergreifende Teams zum Erfolg. Deine neue RolleDu verantwortest die Erstellung und Konsolidierung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach IFRS, HGB sowie weiteren relevanten Rechnungslegungsvorschriften und stellst ein termingerechtes Reporting sicher Du leitest strategische Transformations- und Optimierungsprojekte, beispielsweise im Rahmen von Carve-outs, Prozessneustrukturierungen oder der Einführung neuer Geschäftsmodelle und Bilanzierungslogiken Du entwickelst Accounting-, Reporting- und Kontrollprozesse kontinuierlich weiter und treibst die Qualität, Transparenz sowie Effizienz im Finanzbereich nachhaltig voran Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zu Wirtschaftsprüfern, Aufsichtsbehörden, Investoren und internen Fachbereichen und steuerst externe Prüfungen…
