You find the problems behind our key metrics, test your way to solutions, and make sure what we learn in one brand helps the others. Your focus spans the subscriber lifecycle — with the emphasis on its two ends: acquisition and retention. You work in close collaboration with Marketing to bring the right people in and find the right offers to keep them: a lot of testing on pricing, offers, landing pages and cancellation flows. This is a mid-level role with real ownership in a fast-moving environment.
