Who we are and what you’ll doHOLOPLOT is seeking a decisive, technically strong and business-oriented Senior Director Software Engineering (f/m/d), to lead our 20-person software engineering organization, drive cross-functional delivery, and own the long-term software architecture for our high-performance audio products. Working closely with engineering leads who focus on deep technical problem-solving and team mentorship, this role leads overall software delivery, strategic technical vision, and cross-departmental alignment. Main objectives of the roleAs Senior Director Software Engineering (f/m/d), you will take full technical ownership of the end-to-end delivery of HOLOPLOT’s software ecosystem, spanning embedded and distributed Linux systems, audio DSP, 3D/GPU, C++, Rust and web-based front-end applications, Kubernetes cluster and cloud infrastructure. You will act as the operational bridge between software engineering, hardware development, research, product, customer success teams, and key enterprise clients.
