DEINE AUFGABENDu unterstützt beim Aufbau und der Optimierung von Corporate-Governance-Systemen, insbesondere Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity Management und Internes KontrollsystemZusätzlich im Senior Level: Du übernimmst die Leitung komplexer (Teil-)Projekte zum Aufbau dieser Systeme und trägst die Verantwortung für Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungsstrategien und die Erstellung von Zielbildern und Roadmaps Du wirkst bei der Durchführung von Prozess-/ Risikoanalysen mit und unterstützt bei der Definition geeigneter MaßnahmenZusätzlich im Senior Level: Du verantwortest die methodische Durchführung von Risiko-/ Prozessanalysen, leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen und notwendige Maßnahmen ab und stimmst diese mit Führungskräften ab Du begleitest die Durchführung von Kundenworkshops und TrainingsZusätzlich im Senior Level: Du setzt die relevanten Unterlagen auf und leitest Workshops und Trainings eigenständig, moderierst Stakeholder-Diskussionen und erstellst fundierte Entscheidungsvorlagen Du unterstützt bei der Datenanalyse und dem Design prüfungssicherer und automatisierter Kontrollen Zusätzlich im Senior Level: Du konzipierst automatisierte Kontrollen in Zus…
