Your tasksWe are looking for a senior, hands-on growth marketer to own our paid channel strategy and make our media investment work harder. You will connect audience insight, creative campaigns, data and technology into a repeatable brand-to-demand engine. You can set direction, get into the platforms, challenge weak signals and show what is working in terms the business understands. Channel and investment strategy: You build a full-funnel media plan tied to FTAPI's target accounts, buying groups, priority campaigns and pipeline goals. You balance demand creation with demand capture and make budget trade-offs clear Campaign execution: You plan, launch and optimise paid search, paid social, programmatic display, sponsored content and retargeting. You test digital out-of-home and emerging channels where there is a sound audience and measurement case. You own budgets, pacing and agency or vendor performance, and execute directly when needed Audience and creative effectiveness: You use account, persona, intent and first-party insight to shape targeting and journeys.
