Deine AufgabenUnsere Produkte sind der Grund, warum Kund:innen bei uns kaufen und immer wieder zurückkommen. Als Director Product (m/w/d) verantwortest du alles, was dahintersteht, für alle Marken der SNOCKS Group: von der ersten Produktidee über Sourcing und Produktion bis zur Lieferung ins Lager. Product Development, Sourcing und Supply Chain aber auch Quality Management und ESG sind dein Kern, und genau dort bist du strategisch wie operativ tief drin. Du setzt die Richtung, führst die Heads und ihre Teams und hältst die Fäden über alle Abteilungen hinweg zusammen. Wenn es darauf ankommt, sitzt du selbst mit am Tisch der Supplier. Kurz: Du bist die Person, die unser Produkt-Business nach vorne bringt, mit Weitblick und mit beiden Händen im Tagesgeschäft. Deine AufgabenProduktstrategie: Du entwickelst mit den PD-Heads und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem CEO Rehan die Produkt- und Sortimentsstrategie für unsere Marken, bewertest neue Kategorien und übersetzt alles in eine klare Roadmap.
