Als (Senior) Paid Social Marketing Manager (w/m/x) wirst du Teil unseres Marketing-Teams sein, das wir aktuell auf 6 Personen ausbauen und berichtest an unsere Head of Marketing. Diese Stelle entsteht durch den Aufbau einer dedizierten Paid-Social-Expertise mit stärkerem Fokus auf Creative Strategy, Testing und Skalierung. Was uns als Team ausmacht: Schnelle Umsetzung statt langer Freigabeschleifen, kurze Entscheidungswege und viel Raum, neue Ideen, Formate und AI-Tools auszuprobieren und direkt umzusetzen. Deine Mission Paid Acquisition Strategy: Verantwortung für die Paid-Social-Strategie mit Fokus auf Meta, inklusive Aufbau weiterer Kanäle (z. B.
