Das sind Deine AufgabenUnterstützung der Rolloutmanager im täglichen Projektgeschäft und bei der Steuerung unserer Ausbauprojekte Pflege und Aktualisierung von Projekt-, Status- und Ausbaudaten in unseren Systemen Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen, Ausbauständen und Projektinformationen für regelmäßige Reportings Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Präsentationen, Auswertungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen Nachverfolgung von Meilensteinen, offenen Punkten und vereinbarten Maßnahmen Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Ausbaupartnern Durchführung von Daten- und Adressprüfungen sowie Bearbeitung von Unstimmigkeiten in unseren Systemen Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung und Überwachung von Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben und Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse Das bringst Du in unser Team einImmatrikulation an einer (Fach-)Hochschule, idealerweise in einem wirtschaftlichen, technischen oder vergleichbaren Studiengang Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, in der Administration oder im Umgang mit Daten sind von Vorteil Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel und PowerPoint…
