Das sind Deine AufgabenÜber uns Die GlasfaserPlus IT Services GmbH unterstützt die GlasfaserPlus beim deutschlandweiten Glasfaserausbau. Im Bereich ROO (Rollout Operations Office) sorgen wir dafür, dass unsere Ausbauprojekte strukturiert geplant, gesteuert und dokumentiert werden. Ein wichtiger Baustein ist dabei das Querungsmanagement und die Anmietung von Leerrohren. Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Werkstudenten (m/w/d). Deine Aufgaben Pflege und Vervollständigung von Querungsdaten in unserem internen Projektmanagement Tool für Ausbauprojekte o Abgleich der im System hinterlegten Querungen mit Daten aus unseren aktuell laufenden Projekten o Abgleich der Systemdaten mit den Vertragsunterlagen in unserem SharePoint o Korrektur und Ergänzung der Daten in unserem Projektmanagement Tool auf Basis der Vertrags- und Trackingdaten Unterstützung im Querungsmanagement / Leerrohranmietung o Vorbereitung und perspektivisch eigenständige Anlage von Leerrohranfragen im Dienstleister System o Verarbeitung von Anfragen aus Sammel-Excel-Dateien und Einzelformularen (E-Mail/Postfach) o Pflege eines Monitorings zur Nachverfolgung von SLAs…
