Dafür übernehmen wir Hausverwaltungen in ganz Deutschland und entwickeln gemeinsam mit ihren Teams die Abläufe weiter. Wir verbinden Erfahrung vor Ort mit eigener Software, die im Alltag Arbeit abnimmt. Mit jeder weiteren Verwaltung wachsen auch die Anforderungen an unsere Prozesse – und genau hier kommst du ins Spiel. Deine Rolle Als Legal Operations & Compliance Intern sorgst du gemeinsam mit unserem Legal Counsel dafür, dass Buena auch bei schnellem Wachstum rechtlich und organisatorisch gut aufgestellt ist. Du bringst Ordnung in Dokumente und offene Themen unserer Holding und Hausverwaltungen und setzt rechtliche Anforderungen gemeinsam mit unseren Teams in konkrete Abläufe um. Du übernimmst eigene, klar abgegrenzte Aufgaben und arbeitest direkt mit Legal und unseren operativen Teams zusammen. Rechtliche Bewertungen und Entscheidungen liegen bei unserem Legal Counsel; du schaffst die Informationsgrundlage und bringst die Umsetzung voran.
