We are Passioneers! Du unterstützt uns beim Ausbau und der Optimierung unseres Lead-Gen-Funnels. Dabei arbeitest du kanalübergreifend mit Fokus auf Google Ads, Affiliate Marketing und E-Mail-Kampagnen. Du bringst ein analytisches Mindset mit und hast Spaß daran, Performance-Maßnahmen datenbasiert zu steuern und auszubauen. Deine Verantwortungsbereiche Affiliate & Social Performance Optimierung bestehender Affiliate-Kooperationen zur Leadgewinnung Durchführung und Monitoring von Social Media Advertising Kampagnen Erstellung von Reportings und Handlungsempfehlungen für alle Kanäle E-Mail-Marketing & CRM Konzeption, Durchführung und Auswertung von E-Mail-Kampagnen Analyse und Optimierung von Cross-Selling-Maßnahmen Datenpflege und Segmentierung im CRM-System Search Engine Advertising (SEA) Entwicklung und Umsetzung von SEA-Kampagnen mit Fokus auf Lead-Generierung Fortlaufende Auswertung von Kampagnen-Performance (CPL, CR, etc.) A/B-Tests und Optimierung von Landingpages zur Conversion-Steigerung Dein Profil Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Performance Marketing Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SEA und Affiliate Marketing Gute Kenntnisse in E-Mail-Marketing und Social Ads…
