Diese Aufgaben warten auf Dich Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unserer Produktlinien im Bereich Brokerproducts (Haftpflicht, Hausrat, Unfall und Mietkaution) und entwickelst sie mit einem klaren Blick für Wachstum, Kundennutzen und Innovation weiter. Du bringst Kolleg:innen aus Product, Sales, Marketing, Tech, Claims und Operations zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass aus guten Ideen richtig starke Versicherungslösungen werden. Du begleitest deine Produktlinie von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung und findest immer wieder neue Wege, sie noch besser, einfacher und erfolgreicher zu machen. Du tauchst tief in die Bedürfnisse unserer Vertriebspartner und ihrer Kund:innen ein und entwickelst daraus Angebote, die echten Mehrwert schaffen. Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen und übersetzt Marktfeedback, Business Ziele und Kundenbedürfnisse in konkrete Produktentscheidungen.
