AufgabenschwerpunkteDu berätst internationale Kund:innen zu Digital-PR-Strategien. Du planst und steuerst Digital-PR-Kampagnen eigenständig – vom Kick-off über die Umsetzung bis zum Abschluss. Du entwickelst Kampagnenideen, passende Inhalte und zielgerichtete Outreach-Strategien. Du koordinierst interdisziplinäre Teams aus Content Marketing & Digital PR, Design und Entwicklung und sicherst die Qualität der Ergebnisse. Du unterstützt bei Pitches sowie bei der Kapazitäts- und Budgetplanung. Du analysierst die Performance deiner Kampagnen, erstellst Reportings und leitest konkrete Optimierungen ab. Du präsentierst Ergebnisse souverän beim Kunden und begleitest jüngere Kolleg:innen durch Mentoring. Dein ProfilDu hast bereits fünf Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Digital PR und/oder Content Marketing mit SEO-Bezug gesammelt. Du hast Digital-PR-Kampagnen eigenständig geplant, umgesetzt und ausgewertet und bereits Projektteams koordiniert, idealerweise im Agenturumfeld. Du kennst dich mit datengetriebenen Kampagnen und natürlichem Linkbuilding aus.
