About The RoleWe're looking for a Senior Product Manager with real technical depth and an AI-first way of working. You'll own a product area end to end: finding problems worth solving, shaping the solution, taking it from 0 to 1 and growing it from there. You understand architecture, you've written code, you know how databases work, and you speak engineering fluently. Your main job is product. The technical depth is what lets you move faster and make better calls. AI isn't a feature we're adding. It's how we work and how we build. Expect roughly 70% product and 30% engineering, with full accountability for results. Your MissionProduct direction: set the vision, strategy and roadmap for your area. Decide what to build, why, and how success is measured. 0-to-1 delivery: take new products and features from problem discovery to launch and iteration. Discovery and validation: work directly with users and data to understand real problems, not assumed ones. Run interviews, usability tests and experiments before committing to build.
