Reporting to the CTO, you will guide product delivery and technical direction as the platform grows to support schools, teachers, and students. What You'll Do Lead multiple product squads focused on scheduling, reporting and visibility, and elementary school experiences. Start with a hands-on balance of coding, code reviews, and pairing, then shift toward a greater focus on leadership as the organization grows. Make architecture decisions that support a robust, scalable platform and guide teams through technical change. Partner with product and other cross-functional teams to set goals and connect engineering priorities to business outcomes. Deliver high-value product features, including AI-powered capabilities.
