Au sein du département Compliance & Risk, la fonction Regulatory est un pilier stratégique : elle garantit la conformité de Lemonway vis-à-vis de ses obligations d'établissement de paiement agréé, assure la relation avec les régulateurs, et accompagne l'évolution du business dans un environnement réglementaire en mutation constante. Le département Compliance & Risk est composé de 4 équipes : Regulatory, AML, Legal et Internal Control & Operational Risk. Dans cette organisation, le Head of Regulatory reporte directement au Chief Compliance & Risk Officer.
