Für unseren Standort in Kreuzberg suchen wir ab sofort eine Pflegefachkraft stationär (m/w/d) in Vollzeit und Teilzeit. 🙋 Wer wir sind Wir betreiben ein Pflegeheim mit derzeit 30 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern. Unser Haus wird von einem kleinen, eingespielten Team getragen. Viele Kolleginnen und Kollegen arbeiten schon lange zusammen. Der Umgang ist direkt und unkompliziert. Die Wege sind kurz, Entscheidungen werden zügig getroffen. Wir versorgen überwiegend chronisch kranke Menschen. Neben der pflegerischen und medizinischen Betreuung sind wir auch hauswirtschaftlich für unsere Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner da.
