About the Role As FP&A Lead, you take ownership of group FP&A at a moment of rapid growth, with a remit that spans reporting, modelling, planning, systems and a team. You build the architecture of a finance function that is still being defined, rather than inheriting one. You are the reference point for numbers and analysis for the board, investors, lenders and ExCo, turning complex multi-entity data into clear decisions.
