🎯 Tes objectifs : Générer les leads d’un portefeuille de 3 écoles prestigieuses de l’un des leaders mondiaux de l’enseignement supérieur, en pilotant leur stratégie d’acquisition et leur conversion de A à Z. Tu seras le bras droit digital de 3 Directeurs d’écoles : ton terrain de jeu, ce sont les leads, le coût par candidat et la conversion. En 5 hashtags, ça donne 👉 #Acquisition #CRO #MarketingDigital #LeadGen #EnseignementSuperieur 🚀 Tes missions principales : Définir la roadmap digitale annuelle de tes écoles (budget, mix media, évolution des sites web, opportunités de croissance…). Piloter la performance : suivi des leads, coûts par candidat, qualité des leads, analyses hebdomadaires et recommandations concrètes. Briefer, apporter des assets et challenger l’équipe Acquisition (80% SEA, 20% SMA + SEO). Optimiser les sites de tes écoles : analyses CRO, AB tests, personnalisation des parcours (via GA4, Clarity, AB Tasty et Unbounce). Être le point de contact business des Directeurs d’école : compréhension fine des cibles, programmes, saisonnalité, enjeux commerciaux.
