Finance & Accounting Manager (m/f/d) Building a finance function from zero is rare — doing it at a fast-growing robotics AI company is rarer. Sereact is scaling internationally (Germany, US, Switzerland), and our Director Accounting is looking for a smart early hire to build our finance function together: processes, systems, and standards, from day one. You'll work directly with leadership and help take the group through its first statutory audit. Based on-site at our Stuttgart headquarters. Our mission is to redefine how physical work gets done, and we're looking for curious, bold people who want to make a real difference. Overview Working side by side with our Director Accounting, you'll help bring bookkeeping in-house, help shape our finance systems setup (including how we use Odoo alongside DATEV), and get us ready for our first statutory audit — working closely with the founders and our external tax and audit partners.
