Bij Berenschot krijg je de kans om als stagiair mee te werken aan actuele arbeidsmarkt- en HR-vraagstukken. Je maakt kennis met het adviesvak, werkt samen met ervaren adviseurs en ontdekt hoe je wetenschappelijke inzichten vertaalt naar oplossingen die in de praktijk het verschil maken. Je werkt op het snijvlak van arbeidsmarkt, human capital, strategisch HRM, skills, leren en ontwikkelen en organisatieverandering. Dit ga je doen Tijdens je stage draai je mee in verschillende advies- en onderzoeksprojecten. Je helpt bij het onderzoeken van complexe vraagstukken, het verzamelen en analyseren van informatie en het ontwikkelen van adviezen, programma's en instrumenten.
