You take a signed customer and turn them into a flagship reference, owning the journey from first go-live to a full rollout across their plants. WHAT IS THIS JOB ABOUT? You will take a signed logo and turn them into a flagship reference. That means getting onto the shopfloor fast, understanding what drives their KPIs, and deploying Ethon's agentic workflows where the impact is highest. You implement the first use case while already mapping the next. Once one is live, you find the next one. When the engineer is sold, you bring in the plant manager.
