QMH Consulting unterstützt Unternehmen aus Automotive, MedTech, Maschinenbau und Elektronik dabei, FMEA normkonform, auditfest und praxistauglich in ihre Prozesse zu integrieren. Dafür suchen wir eine/-n FMEA-Moderator / Consultant (m/w/d), der/die Projekte methodensicher führt, Teams strukturiert durch die 7 Schritte leitet und Ergebnisse schafft, die Audits bestehen und im Alltag wirken. Aufgaben Aufgaben Moderation von Design- und Prozess-FMEA nach AIAG/VDA in Entwicklungs- und Serienprojekten Strukturierung und Durchführung der 7 Schritte inkl. Funktions-, Fehler-, Risiko- und Maßnahmenanalyse Dokumentation in APIS, PLATO oder kundenspezifischen Tools; Pflege von Struktur- und Netzansichten FMEA-Reviews: Plausibilitäts-, Vollständigkeits- und Wirksamkeitschecks; Ableitung von Verbesserungen FMEA-Prozessaufbau: Rollen, Templates, Timings, Schnittstellen (APQP, Control Plan, SPC) Training & Coaching von Fachabteilungen bis zur Moderatorenqualifikation Vorbereitung auf Kunden-/Auditorenanforderungen (z.
