Als Account Executive (m/w/d) – Steuerkanzleien gewinnst du die Steuerkanzleien in deiner Region für Pennylane – vom ersten Gespräch über die Demo bis zur Unterschrift, häufig persönlich vor Ort in der Kanzlei. Du bist Owner des Umsatzes in deiner Region und machst Pennylane dort zur bevorzugten Plattform für Kanzleien und ihre Mandanten. In Frankreich ist Pennylane in diesem Segment innerhalb von fünf Jahren zum Marktführer geworden. Du übernimmst das in Frankreich bewährte Playbook, entwickelst es gemeinsam mit dem Team für den deutschen Kanzleimarkt weiter und bringst zurück, was in deiner Region funktioniert. Du berichtest an den Team Lead Sales – Steuerkanzleien in Berlin. Unser Prozess: Erstgespräch, Interview mit dem Hiring-Team, Case Study, Gespräch mit deinen künftigen AE-Kolleg:innen, Abschlussgespräch mit dem Head of Sales – alles remote, Feedback nach jeder Runde innerhalb von 48 Stunden. Standort München: Du arbeitest aus dem Homeoffice und bist in Kanzleien in Bayern und Baden-Württemberg unterwegs – München, Augsburg, Stuttgart.
