Das Universitäre Zentrum für Zahnmedizin Basel (UZB) vereint Patientenbehandlung, akademische Lehre und Forschung unter einem Dach. Mit rund 300 Mitarbeitenden, rund 100'000 Behandlungen pro Jahr und einem Umsatz von ca. CHF 40 Mio. erbringt das UZB seine Leistungen unter anderem auf Basis von Leistungsaufträgen mit der Universität Basel und dem Kanton Basel-Stadt. Wir suchen eine oder einen CFO mit überzeugenden betriebswirtschaftlichen und finanziellen Kenntnissen. Als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung ist neben dem Finanzwissen auch unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln gefragt, um das Unternehmen gesamtheitlich zu steuern und weiterzuentwickeln. Ihre Verantwortung Sie verantworten die finanzielle Führung des UZB – von der Budget-, Liquiditäts- und Finanzplanung über das Rechnungswesen und die Rechnungslegung nach Swiss GAAP FER bis hin zum Controlling – und stellen ein aussagekräftiges, stufengerechtes Reporting an unsere Leitungserbringer, die Geschäftsleitung und den Verwaltungsrat sicher.
