Description des tâches Votre rôle consiste à transformer les succès de nos phases pilotes en une stratégie de conquête pour engager des entreprises (PME, TPE, administrations). Votre mission : Réaliser un mapping concurrentiel de l’accompagnement RSE en Suisse romande. Affiner la proposition de valeur de gaea21 en fonction des 10 dimensions clés du programme (Gouvernance, Eco-mobilité, ACV, Lean Management, etc.). Segmenter les cibles pour distinguer les entreprises "sensibles" des entreprises "réceptives à l'argument économique" (ROI, réduction des coûts, productivité). Concevoir le Pitch Deck stratégique pour convaincre les dirigeants de PME de l’intérêt d’un "Green Audit" ou du pack "Greening Your Business". Transformer les données techniques (réduction d'impact, calcul d'empreinte) en cas d'usage (Business Cases) et infographies percutantes. Développer des supports marketing pour valoriser l'intégration des futurs clients au Réseau Vert et au Répertoire Vert. Bâtir une stratégie d’extension vers de nouveaux secteurs (écoles, bureaux, restaurants).
