Über Isembard Isembard baut ein Netzwerk hochleistungsfähiger Fabriken für kritische Industrien auf. Wir verbinden moderne Werkzeugmaschinen, Robotik und unsere eigene Software MasonOS, um Präzisionsteile für Unternehmen aus Luft- und Raumfahrt, Verteidigung, Energie und Zukunftstechnologien zu fertigen, mit Fabriken in Großbritannien, den USA, Deutschland und Frankreich. Unsere Mission: industrielle Beschleunigung schmieden. Die Rolle Steuere den Betrieb in Hamburg: von der Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung. Termin, Durchsatz, Material. Heute zwei Maschinen, im April sieben. Dazu Partnerfabriken der Gilde und Lieferanten, die uns nicht gehören. Du entscheidest, welcher Auftrag auf welcher Maschine liegt, was nach draußen geht und was wir zusagen. Zerspanung, Engineering und Qualität sind eigene Teams auf Augenhöhe. Du führst sie nicht, du arbeitest mit ihnen. Dein Bereich ist Fertigungssteuerung, Wareneingang und Warenausgang, und du berichtest an den Head of Operations.
