Ben jij bezig met een hbo-opleiding en op zoek naar een meewerk- of afstudeerstage binnen HR? Wil je ervaren hoe het eraan toegaat binnen een internationaal en innovatief technisch adviesbureau. Bij Deerns krijg je de kans om je te ontwikkelen binnen zowel HR als Recruitment: twee dynamische disciplines waar organisatiegerichtheid, mensenkennis en creativiteit samenkomen. Vanaf februari 2027 bieden we binnen het HR-team van Deerns ruimte aan een stagiair die zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen HR en Recruitment. Zoek je een meewerkstage? Dan draai je actief mee binnen het team en werk je mee aan verschillende HR- en recruitmentactiviteiten. Zoek je een afstudeerstage? Dan krijg je daarnaast de ruimte om aan de slag te gaan met een actueel HR- of recruitmentvraagstuk en jouw onderzoek vorm te geven. De uitdaging Tijdens jouw stage maak je kennis met verschillende kanten van HR en Recruitment. Je draait mee binnen het team, krijgt inzicht in onze HR- en recruitmentprocessen en werkt mee aan verschillende activiteiten en projecten.
