Über unser Unternehmen Unser Kunde, mit über 25 Produktionsstandorte in 16 Ländern, sucht durch uns, eine Persönlichkeit für die Position Leiter Verkauf Schweiz (m/w/d) Aufgaben Sie verantworten die Vermarktung und den Verkauf von Hochleistungspolyamiden in der Schweiz. Sie betreuen insbesondere die Marktsegmente Industrie und Konsumgüter. Erkennung neue Marktchancen und entwickeln daraus konkrete Kundenprojekte. Sie bauen langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und entwickeln diese kontinuierlich weiter. Sie führen und motivieren ein Team von Key Account Managern. Sie stellen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team die Erreichung der Mengen- und Umsatzziele sicher. Sie entwickeln und realisieren Vertriebs- und Vermarktungsstrategien. Sie beraten Kunden bei technischen und erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten.Anforderungen Anforderungen Sie verfügen idealerweise über langjährige Erfahrung in der Kunststofftechnik und/oder im Maschinenbau.
