Description
Damit aus einer bestehenden Anlage ein eigenständiger Standort wird, müssen viele technische Schnittstellen zusammenpassen. Für die Erweiterung einer Müllverbrennungsanlage in Weisweiler suchen wir Sie zur Verstärkung unseres INP-Projektteams. Als Bauherrenvertretung begleiten Sie die Leit- und Automatisierungstechnik von der Ausschreibung über die Ausführungsplanung bis zur Umsetzung vor Ort. Aufgaben Prüfung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Ausschreibungsunterlagen auf technische Vollständigkeit sowie Klärung von Liefer- und Leistungsumfängen mit potenziellen Auftragnehmern Bewertung der Planungsunterlagen für Leit-, Steuer-, Schutz- und Signaltechnik sowie Synchronisierung und Messtechnik einschließlich Abstimmung der Schnittstellen zur elektrischen Energieversorgung Vertretung der Bauherreninteressen, Koordination und Kontrolle der Leistungen des Generalplaners und Generalunternehmers sowie technische Abstimmung mit allen Projektbeteiligten Überwachung der Ausführung vor Ort und Koordination vorbereitender Maßnahmen zur Baustelleneinrichtung und Baufeldfreimachung Abgleich des Projektfortschritts mit dem Rahmenterminplan, Erkennen von Handlungsbedarf und eigenständige Nachve…
