Dann suchen wir genau Dich, zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als: Senior M&A Associate (w/m/d) - Berlin Als Senior M&A Associate (w/m/d) gestaltest Du die Buy-&-Build-Strategie der Arsipa Gruppe aktiv mit und steuerst anspruchsvolle Buy-Side-Transaktionen eigenverantwortlich von der Identifikation potenzieller Akquisitionsziele bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Dabei übernimmst Du Verantwortung für Unternehmensbewertungen, Transaktionsstrukturen und Due-Diligence-Prozesse und koordinierst interne sowie externe Stakeholder. Im engen Austausch mit unserem M&A-Team, dem Head of M&A sowie unserem Management leistest Du damit einen direkten Beitrag zum weiteren Wachstum der Arsipa Gruppe.
