Als Teamleider Logistiek bij DPD in Berkel en Rodenrijs zorg jij ervoor dat onze dagelijkse sorteer- en distributieprocessen soepel, veilig en efficiënt verlopen. Je geeft leiding aan een team van vaste en flexibele medewerkers, bewaakt de voortgang en stuurt continu op kwaliteit, productiviteit en veiligheid. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, motiveert collega's om het beste uit zichzelf te halen en signaleert kansen om processen slimmer in te richten. Geen dag is hetzelfde.
