GRESB is the global sustainability intelligence standard for real assets. For over 15 years, real estate and infrastructure managers have reported to us, building a dataset of 150,000+ assets across more than 2,000 portfolios. Together with Asset Impact, which tracks emissions for over 300,000 physical assets and 77,000 companies, we’re turning that data into decision-grade intelligence for investors, lenders, index providers and regulators. We’re building a new Client & Data Intelligence organization to showcase the value of the data to investors and develop new use cases within the ecosystem. It brings sales, product and data teams together under one leader, the Chief Client & Data Intelligence Officer. This role is the person who makes that organization run. The role is based out of Amsterdam. The Role You’ll work directly with the Chief Client & Data Intelligence Officer as the strategist and operator at the center of a newly formed team.
