Im Zuge des weiteren Unternehmenswachstums suchen wir zur Verstärkung ab dem 01.01.2027 eine/n Studierende/n aus den Fachbereichen: Wirtschaftsinformatik Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Digital Business Management BWL mit Schwerpunkt Prozessmanagement / Business Analytics / Digitalisierung Werkstudenten / Praxissemester – Digitalisierung und Prozessmanagement (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben Du bist Teil eines weitgehend selbstständigen Projekt-Teams, welches die Einführung unseres neuen Workflow- und Prozessmanagement-Tools WEBCON BPS vorantreibt. Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette und unterstützen die einzelnen Fachbereiche von der Idee bis zum fertigen Prozess. Laufendes Studium ab dem 3. Semester Interesse an Digitalisierung, Prozessmanagement und dem Verständnis für interne / externe Unternehmensabläufe Analytisches Denkvermögen und lösungs- & praxisorientierte Handlungsweise Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Kenntnisse in M365 und ersten ERP-Anwendungen Idealerweise bringst du erste Erfahrungen in der Prozessmodellierung, Datenbanken oder auch Low-Code-Plattformen mit.
