💼 Financial Controller 📍 Hybrid – Chelmsford, Essex 📄 Full-time – Permanent We're hiring a Financial Controller to play a key role in developing and leading the rec hub's in-house finance function. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of financial reporting, controls and processes, helping us build a robust and scalable finance operation as the business continues to grow. A key initial focus will be bringing our accounting function in-house, taking ownership of the transition from external support and establishing strong financial processes, reporting and controls. Working closely with our Finance & Operations Director, you'll play an important role in providing accurate financial insight, supporting business decisions and improving how we manage our finances. What You'll Do Lead the transition from externally supported accounting to an effective in-house finance function.
