ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior HR Project Manager to join our HR Transformation team, based in our Leeds office. In this brand-new role, you will play a critical part in helping us mature our people function and drive key strategic initiatives across LeoVegas Group. Reporting directly to the Director of HR Transformation, you will take ownership of high-impact people and workforce projects, and cross-functional HR frameworks. As a dedicated project lead, you will act as a vital bridge connecting different HR disciplines—including Talent Acquisition, Reward, L&D, and People Operations—with C-suite execs and senior business leaders. You will bring robust project discipline, clear governance, and commercial acumen to make sure our transformation initiatives run smoothly, stay on track, and deliver real value to the wider business.
