TEAMWFP ist eine Agentur für kreatives VkF-Marketing in Mönchengladbach. Seit 45 Jahren betreut die Agentur Unternehmen aus Handel und Finanzen in der Verkaufs- und Markenkommunikation: Prospekte, Mailings, Instore Design, Verpackungen und Kampagnen, für Kunden wie PENNY, Kaufland oder die Sparkassen. Gesucht wird eine erfahrene Beraterin oder ein erfahrener Berater als Senior Projektmanager Marketing (m/w/d) in Vollzeit: die Schnittstelle zwischen Kreation und Kunde, mit eigenen Kunden und einem Beraterteam von fünf bis sechs Leuten. Das Besondere bei TEAMWFP: Jeder Kunde wird auf Senior-Level betreut. Es gibt keinen Kunden, der an Praktikanten und Junioren abgegeben wird, und keine Ebene, die zwischen dir und deiner Arbeit steht. Im Agenturverbund arbeiten rund 30 Leute. Große Meetings gibt es kaum, vieles wird kurz über den Flur abgestimmt, und die beiden Creative Directors arbeiten selbst mit am Produkt. Du berätst viele Kunden aus Handel und Finanzen, ohne mehrere Ebenen zwischen dir und den Entscheidungen und ohne jeden Tag nach Düsseldorf zu pendeln.
