Voor Interconnect, een toonaangevende Nederlandse aanbieder van data- en clouddiensten, is Staffplanning op zoek naar een ervaren en ondernemende HR Teamlead. Een mooie kans voor een HR-professional die graag een team aanstuurt, het management adviseert en HR-processen verder professionaliseert. De functieAls HR Teamlead geef je leiding aan het HR-team van Interconnect, bestaande uit een HR Business Partner en twee HR-medewerkers. Het team maakt onderdeel uit van de afdeling Business Support.Samen zorgen jullie voor goed functionerende HR-processen op het gebied van instroom, doorstroom, uitstroom, verzuimmanagement, personeelsplanning en performance management.Je bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor directie en management en vertaalt strategische HR-doelstellingen naar concrete verbeteringen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de HR Business Partner, die zich voornamelijk richt op de teamleiders binnen de organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van het HR-team.
