Description
Ihre Aufgaben Bei NEXT DOOR HV GmbH & Co. KG erwarten Sie in Frechen abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben rund um die Instandhaltung und Betreuung unserer digitalisierten Fitnessstudios. Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich die regelmäßige Wartung, Inspektion und Instandsetzung der technischen Anlagen sowie der Fitnessgeräte. Kleinere Reparaturen im handwerklichen Bereich führen Sie selbstständig aus und koordinieren bei Bedarf externe Dienstleister. Zudem sorgen Sie dafür, dass alle gebäudetechnischen Systeme reibungslos funktionieren und unsere Standards eingehalten werden. Das bringen Sie mit Sie haben eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich der Gebäude-, Versorgungs- oder Sicherheitstechnik. Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung und ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis zeichnen Sie aus. Sie arbeiten lösungsorientiert, packen gerne selbst an und bringen einen Führerschein für Ihre Einsätze mit.
