Ihre Aufgaben Durchführung praxisorientierter Trainings, Workshops und On-the-Job-Coachings für Verkaufsmitarbeiter und Führungskräfte im Händlernetz. Unterstützung von Motorradhändlern bei der professionellen Kundenberatung und dem erfolgreichen Verkauf von Motorrädern sowie ergänzenden Dienstleistungen. Identifikation von Entwicklungs- und Leistungspotenzialen sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen. Analyse von Vertriebskennzahlen und Geschäftsergebnissen sowie Entwicklung von Aktionsplänen zur Performance-Steigerung. Aufbau und Pflege vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu Händlergeschäftsführern und Verkaufsleitern als strategischer Ansprechpartner. Begleitung von Produkteinführungen, Vertriebsaktionen und kommerziellen Initiativen im Händlernetzwerk. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Vertriebsprozessen, Kundenzufriedenheit und Verkaufsleistung. Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebskompetenzen im Händlernetzwerk durch nachhaltige Trainings- und Entwicklungsprogramme.
