At Pennylane, our website is a key engine for acquisition and conversion, transforming traffic from SEO, paid acquisition, media, and partnerships into demo bookings and self-sign-ups. With over 450,000 monthly visits, our website already brings together conversion, product management, engineering, and tracking. We are seeking a Head of Website & Conversion to provide clear leadership, structure the team, and scale our conversion performance. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will lead a multidisciplinary squad and ensure the website’s speed, quality, and business impact. 🌍 What is Pennylane?
