Description
Für ein international aufgestelltes Unternehmen suchen wir eine offene und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit, die als HR Generalist den Kontakt zu Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften aktiv gestaltet. Besonders wichtig ist, dass Du gerade zu Beginn regelmäßig vor Ort bist und eine gute Beziehung zu den Mitarbeitenden im Operations-Team aufbaust. Dafür sind vier Präsenztage pro Woche vorgesehen. Deine Aufgaben Du bist Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei personalbezogenen Fragen. Du übernimmst administrative HR-Aufgaben und unterstützt die vorbereitende Entgeltabrechnung in Abstimmung mit einem externen Payroll-Dienstleister. Du koordinierst Dich bei HR-Prozessen und administrativen Aufgaben eng mit dem People-Operations-Team in den USA. Du organisierst und führst den Orientation Day für neue Mitarbeitende durch. Du kommunizierst mit Mitarbeitenden, Führungskräften, dem Admin-Team in den USA sowie deutschen Behörden, insbesondere Krankenkassen und Jobcentern. Du wirkst bei Kündigungsgesprächen mit und erhältst dabei Anleitung durch eine erfahrene HR-Fachkraft.
