Description
Verantwortlichkeiten Agieren Sie als vertrauenswürdiger HR Business Partner und beraten Führungskräfte strategisch sowie operativ in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen. Unterstützen und begleiten Sie Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte während des gesamten Employee Lifecycles und fördern Sie eine positive Employee Experience sowie ein hohes Engagement. Steuern und koordinieren Sie HR-Initiativen in den Bereichen Talententwicklung, Performance Management und Mitarbeiterbindung. Gestalten und begleiten Sie den Performance-Management-Prozess, einschließlich Zielvereinbarungen, Leistungsbeurteilungen und individueller Entwicklungspläne. Analysieren Sie HR-Kennzahlen und Personaldaten, identifizieren Sie Trends und leiten Sie geeignete Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung ab. Arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Talent Acquisition Team und den Führungskräften zusammen, um eine hochwertige Recruiting- und Onboarding-Erfahrung sicherzustellen. Stellen Sie die Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgaben, interner Richtlinien und HR-Standards sicher und beraten Sie Führungskräfte zu Best Practices.
