Perform system administration, configuration, and customization across Zoho products. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, system issues, and user-reported problems. Configure and optimize workflows, automation rules, blueprints, approvals, and business processes within Zoho CRM. Develop and enhance applications using Zoho Creator. Support and optimize marketing workflows using Zoho Marketing Automation (ZMA). Configure and leverage Zia Agents to improve operational efficiency and automation. Implement enhancements to the opportunity management process based on existing business requirements and solution designs. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Zoho solutions. Perform testing, deployment, and documentation of system changes. Ensure data integrity, security, and system performance across the Zoho ecosystem. Provide user support, training, and best-practice recommendations.
