<h2>About the role: What's in the Box</h2> <p>The Logistics Tribe builds the systems powering end-to-end delivery across North America, Europe and Australia/New Zealand: getting fresh ingredients into our facilities, giving customers the best delivery options the network can support, and tracking every box to the customer's door. Today it is a single engineering team - two staff engineers, a data engineer and seven mid-to-senior engineers - led by the Director of Engineering, owning that software and keeping it running in production. You will join as an Engineering Manager and take line management of the seven.</p> <p>The work is operations-heavy and business-critical, spread across different subdomains. You won't own a fixed backlog in one corner of the domain; the team's scope follows where the business pressure is. That is reflected in how we work: rather than one fixed squad, the team organises into small, project-focused pods that form and dissolve as projects start and finish.
