Deine Rolle Die Steuerberatung erlebt eine Konsolidierungswelle: Tausende Häuser suchen in den nächsten Jahren eine Nachfolge, und nur wenige Käufer prüfen sie mit derselben Sorgfalt wie ein professionelles Transaktionsteam. Hier lernst du M&A auf der Käuferseite, an echten Transaktionen und von der ersten Ansprache bis nach dem Abschluss. Vogel berät mehrere Tausend mittelständische Unternehmen in steuerlichen, kaufmännischen und strategischen Fragen und erwirbt eigenständige Beratungsunternehmen, um sie weiterzuentwickeln. Wir prüfen laufend neue Ziele, bewerten, verhandeln und schlieÃen ab. Anders als bei einem Finanzinvestor endet unsere Arbeit nicht beim Abschluss, sie fängt dort an. Du studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ein verwandtes Fach im fortgeschrittenen Bachelor oder im Master und willst den Transaktionsprozess vollständig kennenlernen, nicht nur einen Ausschnitt davon. Das Praktikum dauert drei bis sechs Monate in Vollzeit. Du arbeitest im Finance-Team und direkt mit der Geschäftsführung an laufenden Transaktionen.
