Unik&Co recrute pour son client, un enseigne reconnue du secteur de la chaussure et de la mode, un(e) Responsable de magasin H/F. Poste en CDI Localisation : St Malo Vous aimez le commerce, la mode et le management de proximité ? Vous souhaitez rejoindre une enseigne dynamique qui valorise l’esprit d’équipe, les initiatives et l’évolution professionnelle ? Ce poste est fait pour vous ! Vos missions Rattaché(e) au Directeur Régional, vous êtes garant(e) de la performance commerciale et du bon fonctionnement de votre magasin. À ce titre, vos principales missions sont : Piloter l’activité commerciale : suivre les indicateurs de performance, mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale et veiller à la bonne tenue du merchandising. Assurer la gestion du magasin : gérer les stocks, organiser les inventaires et superviser les opérations d’encaissement ainsi que les tâches administratives. Garantir une expérience client de qualité : accueillir, conseiller et fidéliser les clients, tout en veillant à l’image de l’enseigne.
