À propos de FREECOM SAS FREECOM SAS opère dans le secteur des télécommunications et compte une équipe de 51 à 100 collaborateurs dédiée à proposer des solutions de communication accessibles. Votre mission consistera à encadrer l'activité quotidienne du point de vente à Langres. Vos missions au quotidien Vous piloterez la gestion de la succursale en assurant le suivi des stocks et l'organisation de l'espace de vente. Vous accueillerez les clients, conseillerez sur les produits de téléphonie mobile et veillerez à l'atteinte des objectifs de vente mensuels. Vous garantirez également la satisfaction client grâce à un suivi après-vente rigoureux. Profil recherché Vous justifiez d'une expérience en gestion de point de vente et maîtrisez les techniques de relation client dans le secteur de la téléphonie.
