Head of DC Operations (H/F) Région parisienne Votre mission Dans un environnement où la disponibilité et la fiabilité des infrastructures sont essentielles, Isatalent recherche un(e) Head of DC Operations pour piloter les opérations de ses data centers en région parisienne. Rattaché(e) à la direction, vous êtes garant(e) de la performance opérationnelle, de la continuité de service et de la fiabilité des infrastructures. Vous encadrez les responsables de site et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'expertise centrales, les clients et les partenaires de maintenance. Dans un contexte de croissance de l'entreprise et d'exigences opérationnelles, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l'harmonisation des pratiques, la structuration du pilotage des activités et l'accompagnement du changement auprès des équipes. Votre objectif : construire une vision opérationnelle consolidée, maîtriser les risques et fédérer les équipes autour d'exigences communes de performance, de sécurité et de qualité de service.
