Piloter notre agence à Marseille Nous recrutons un directeur de magasin H/F pour assurer la gestion de notre magasin à Marseille. Vous veillez à placer la satisfaction client au cœur de notre action en garantissant un service de qualité. Vos missions au quotidien Manager l'équipe du magasin au quotidien (4 personnes) et accompagner le développement des compétences. Piloter les indicateurs de performance et assurer la rentabilité de la structure. Garantir la qualité de service et la relation client auprès de notre clientèle. Superviser la gestion administrative et opérationnelle du site. Ce que nous attendons 4 ans d'expérience confirmée en management d'équipe et en gestion de centre de profit. Capacité démontrée à fédérer autour des objectifs de service et de performance. Connaissance du secteur de la distribution appréciée. Expérience préalable en retail spécialisé ou au sein d'enseignes telles que Maxi Zoo ou Truffaut. Management de la qualité de service. Expérience en animalerie.
